研究方向
课题组以“CHemistry-Enabled/-Optimized PolymerS”(CHEOPS)为核心理念,致力于设计面向化学、生物、材料与能源等交叉领域的智能聚合物材料。研究围绕两个方向展开:1)聚合物材料的分子/化学优化:从分子层面出发,设计对外部刺激(如机械力、光、电等)响应的聚合物材料,赋予其优异的可控性与适应性,从而提升材料的整体性能。2)聚合物微环境对化学行为的调控:利用聚合物材料的微环境(如限域效应、极性、粘度等)研究其对化学/物理行为(如反应性、荧光等)的影响,旨在实现材料的应用潜力。具体研究内容包括:
1. 聚合物机械力/光/电化学:将可响应机械力、光、电等刺激的分子单元引入到聚合物中,研究刺激诱导下的分子转化机制与聚合物材料机械性质、刺激响应性与能量耗散等性能的直接关系。
2. 超分子聚合物机械力化学:将机械力响应的非共价作用(如氢键、卤键等)、自组装结构以及分子机器等功能单元引入聚合物中,构建具有可修复、可回收与可重构特性的材料,并赋予其超分子功能,如限域催化等。
3. 聚合物机械力探针与物理参数传感:将对机械力、极性和粘度敏感的分子探针引入聚合物中,实现对链段的张力、链的断键位置和材料的物理参数等的原位监测,并揭示结构-性能关系。
4. 细胞内的光催化和光聚合:在生物细胞环境中原位合成小分子或聚合物等,并将该技术用于(亚)细胞成像、药物控释及功能性生物材料的开发。
5.聚合物微环境介导的化学反应:利用聚合物微环境(如手性、限域效应等)调控光氧化还原催化的反应性,开发具不对称催化能力或空气稳定性的光催化体系。
